Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Fueloria application and this website. By using Fueloria, you agree to what follows. Please read it carefully.
Using Fueloria
Fueloria is a personal tool for logging fuel and maintenance for vehicles you are entitled to track. You agree to use it lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer the app or its services.
Your data and content
The records you create belong to you. Fueloria stores them on your device and, if you enable it, in your personal iCloud. You are responsible for keeping your device and cloud account secure and for the accuracy of what you enter.
No account, no warranty of results
Fueloria works without an account. It provides estimates, projections, and maintenance reminders as guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional inspection or manufacturer guidance, and we do not guarantee that any prediction is exact.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Fueloria running well, but we may update, change, or pause features from time to time. We may also revise these terms. When we make a material change, we will update the date shown on this page.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fueloria and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including decisions made based on its estimates. The app is provided on an as available basis.
